The Patakara product you choose is added to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the product information. After clicking the "Add to cart" button, you will be redirected to "Your Patakara Cart" page. After that, you will be able to view, change the status and finalize the purchase (complete the order form, select the shipping method and preferred payment option) or continue shopping by clicking the "Back to Store" button located on the links menu at the top of the page.

 

At any time, you will be able to view, update the list of your products and finalize the status of your order by clicking the "View Cart" button that will appear at the top of the page.

 

In our store, you can choose between two shipping methods and three

payment options.

 

You can choose between two shipping methods: "Standard Delivery" (slower and no tracking number) and "Express Delivery" (faster and with the tracking number).

 

The delivery is automatically included in the product price and depends on the shipping method and the product amount.

 

Whichever delivery method you choose, we accept the following payment types: "Credit Card" (to pay by credit or debit card), "PayPal" (to pay by credit/debit card or with PayPal) and "Bank Transfer”.

 

Whichever shipping method and payment type you choose, you need to complete the order form in "Your Patakara Cart" before finalizing a purchase by clicking the "Submit" button.

 

Remember to provide a recipient's phone number by filling in the "Addressee's phone number" box. Thus, the courier service provider can contact the recipient and make the delivery as quickly as possible.

 

If you select the "Credit Card" payment option, you will be redirected to the RedSys payment platform after you click the “Submit” button. There, you can enter the details of your card and finalize the purchase by clicking the "Pay" button. If you want to change the language of the platform, you can do it in "Select your language", above right.

 

If you select the "PayPal" payment type, after clicking the "Send" button you will be redirected to the PayPal payment platform, where you can choose between the payment by credit card, or debit card, or with PayPal. Enter the required information and complete the order process by clicking on the "Pay Now" button.

 

If you select the "Bank Transfer" payment type, after clicking the "Send" button, you will receive an email order confirmation along with all instructions and data necessary to complete a bank transfer. Once the payment is credited to our account, you will receive another email confirming the receipt of your transfer and the shipment of your order.

 

Whatever payment method you choose, once we have received the payment for your purchase, your order will be deemed complete. We will send you an order confirmation email along with the corresponding invoice, and we will begin processing your order.

 

During the payment process, you will be asked to provide an email address which will be used to communicate and send your order confirmation (along with the corresponding invoice) as well as any other details about your purchase such as shipping date and the order’s tracking number.

 

We ship our products and accesories to any part of the world. The delivery is automatically included in the product price and depends on a shipping method chosen and the amount of the requested product.

 

While Patakara products are manufactured in Japan, items are delivered by a courier company, directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse in Taiwan and are only shipped on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday.

 

We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon possible, but depending on the chosen delivery method and the address, the delivery can take between 20 and 30 business days for "Standard Delivery" and between 2 and 3 days for "Express Delivery". In some cases and for certain countries, the delivery times can be delayed up to 60 days in "Standard Delivery" and up to 10-15 days in "Express Delivery". In any case, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

Whether you select "Standard Shipping" or "Express Shipping", you will receive an email from Patakara.eu notifying you that your purchase has been shipped and the corresponding tracking number. Thus, at all times, you will be able to know the status and location of your order. Please don't forget to check both your email manager's inbox and spam folder.

 

Remember that the responsibility for tracking the shipment rests with the buyer and with the recipient of the shipment. Shipping costs do not include the possibility of changing the delivery address. The delivery address must be the one initially indicated in the order form (and that is reflected in the corresponding purchase invoice). If that is the case, the recipient will be responsible for paying any fee that, due to a change in the delivery address, is stipulated by the transport company in charge of delivering your order. In the same way, the recipient will be responsible for the costs involved in the order being returned, either because the addressee rejects it at the time of delivery, or because, after being available to be picked up, the period set by the company in charge of the delivery had expired.

 

The delivery cost does not include any possible customs duties that are imposed, charged and payable in the country of order receipt. These amounts are not included in the order and shall be paid on top of its price. Please contact the local customs service for more detailed information on duties and taxes in your country. On July 1, 2021, the EU removed the exemption from value added tax (VAT) for the import of goods whose value does not exceeds € 22. As a result, all goods imported into the EU will be subject to VAT.

 

The goods may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days only, provided that the packaging of the trainer and of the rubber band is intact. Due to hygiene and health safety requirements, opened products shall not be accepted for return.

 

Products shall be returned in the same packaging they have been received. Should it be impossible to send the item in the same packaging the product has been delivered, the customer is obliged to return it in a hard box with similar parameters to prevent shipping damage.

 

Return delivery to the seller shall be paid by the buyer.

 

Should a wrong product be delivered, it must be returned in the original packaging as well. We will take care of delivering the right product to you, or will refund the full amount to you if we are not able to offer a replacement in reasonable time.

 

If the return is due to an error from our part, or to a factory defect, we will pay the return delivery.

 

If the return is not due to a factory defect, or is not DOA (defective on arrival upon delivery), a 5 % fee will be charged on the product price for payment processing and product mailing. Moreover, the return product delivery shall be paid by the customer.

 

We will test the returned item and notify you of whether you are entitled to a product replacement or to the full refund of the amount paid for the item. The payment will be transferred to the same PayPal payment card, to the credit card, or to the same bank account which was used to pay for the purchase.

 

Any item damaged due to the buyer’s fault shall not be accepted for return.

 

 

After you contacted us, as stated above, return the unused product to the address stated in the response letter, in the condition it was received in: labeled, wrapped in protective and original packaging.

 

No refund or cash on delivery for the shipment shall be accepted, unless previously approved by our customer service.

 

In our shop, you can buy safely (all communication is encrypted using industry-standard SSL) and choose conveniently between the following methods of payment: "Credit Card" (to pay by credit or debit card), "PayPal" (to pay by credit/debit card or with PayPal) and "Bank Transfer”.

 

If you select "Credit Card" or "PayPal", payments are processed immediately, automatically initiating the process of shipment of your order. Our company does not have access to information about your credit/debit card or the PayPal account that you use to make a purchase.

 

The "Credit Card" payment is made through RedSys payment gateway (one of the fastest, the most complete, secure and advanced payment solutions in the market) that has the Secure Authentication System and is developed under the standards and specifications of international brands verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, J-Secure etc., which guarantees its reliability. The RedSys gateway makes card payment a comfortable and secure event, adapted for mobile devices, which includes different multi-language authentication options to ensure transaction security.

 

If you select the "Credit Card" option, after clicking the "Submit" button in your shopping cart, you will be redirected to the "RedSys" payment platform where you will need to enter your credit or debit card details. Depending on the card-issuing bank, an authentication code may be requested. The purchase is finished by clicking the "Pay" button.

 

If you select "PayPal", you can pay using PayPal or, if you do not have a PayPal account, using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Maestro card. After you click the "Submit" button located in your shopping cart, the payment process will start. If you have a PayPal account, buyer information, including the shipping address, will be taken directly from your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, during the purchase process, you will be able to enter buyer’s information, billing address, shipping address (if different from billing address), and electronic mail address. Once it’s completed, you will be sent a purchase confirmation and any other communication to keep you up to date about the status of your order. When the PayPal purchase process is complete, you will automatically receive a confirmation message via email.

 

If you select the "Bank Transfer" payment type, once you have filled out and submitted the order form found in your shopping cart, you will receive an order confirmation by email along with instructions and data necessary to complete a bank transfer payment.
