“Before” and “After” photos
How to take “Before” and “After” photos
Deep down, almost every woman believes that she looks younger than her age-mates; however, alas, in most cases, this is not the case. The problem is, that not every woman is able to recognize age-related changes in herself and to be critical about herself due to the psychological defense mechanism and the natural fear of aging. If we make a test, we would find out that often, strangers would instinctively and almost error-free estimate our age at first sight.
For you to understand what the problems you can encounter initially, and to see the results of Patakara training in a short while, we strongly recommend that you take a couple of photos immediately before you start training.
Devote as much time and attention to your photos as possible. You need them first of all for yourself – for comparison and motivation purposes. You may show your photos to us at any time, if you have any question or want to share your success story. We will be glad to publish your photos in the Success of Patakara Users section.
We recommend taking photos every month, as accurately as possible. After the first six months of training, you can take photos less often— every two to three months.
If you do not want your pictures to be published in our Instagram, FaceBook or any other social network account, or if you do not mind about the publication, but want to remain anonymous, please do not forget to notify us when sending your photo. Otherwise, we will assume that you have agreed to the publication of your pictures.
If you have any special problem in certain face areas, respective photos should be taken:
Also, take a separate photo of your eyes. In some cases, subject to the training efficiency and, thus, to the improved blood supply to the brain, the eye color becomes more intense.
