Reference photos
Deep down, most of us believe we look younger than we actually do. Unfortunately, this perception is often influenced by psychological defence mechanisms and our natural reluctance to recognise the signs of ageing in ourselves. As a result, we are not always the most objective judges of our own appearance. In fact, if we were to compare our own perception with that of complete strangers, we would often find that they can estimate our age surprisingly accurately at first glance.
To help you understand the changes you are starting from, to keep an objective record of your progress, and to observe how your appearance evolves throughout your Patakara training, we strongly recommend taking a few reference photographs immediately before you begin.

Photo requirements
Pay close attention and take the necessary time when taking your photos. They are important for you. They will help you compare your progress and, by making you aware of the changes, will help you stay motivated. They will also be useful if you wish to ask us a question or simply share your results with Patakara. We will be happy to publish your progress in the Success of Patakara Users section.
We recommend repeating the process as faithfully as possible every month. After the first six months of training, you may do so every 2 or 3 months.
If you do not want your images to be published on our Instagram, FaceBook or other social media accounts, or if you have no objection to them being shared but wish to remain anonymous, please let us know when sending us your photos. Otherwise, we will understand that we have your permission to publish them.

If you have particular concerns in specific areas of the face, we also recommend taking photos of those areas:
We also recommend taking a separate photo of your eyes. In some cases, depending on the effectiveness of the training and the resulting improvement in blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, the colour of the eyes may become more intense.
